The
Russian Trotter, or Metis Trotter, is a speedy and long-strided equine that
originally resulted from breeding the Orlov Trotter and the Standardbred Horse.
Generally standing 15.3 to 16 hands high, Russian Trotters are frequently found
in bay, black, chestnut, or gray.

Hi- just stopping by from the A to z challenge. I love horses so your blog title caught my attention. What a lovely topic for sure. Who doesn't love horses? My dad has an Arabian horse ranch less than an hour away from Dallas. I grew up on them and have huge respect for the animal.
