The
Marwari is a rather rare equine breed, primarily found in India. Prime
specimens usually bear pinto markings, although other colors are possible. The tell-tale inwardly curving pointy ears are a hallmark of the Marwari breed.
Used
largely for agricultural work, but also for riding and ceremonial purposes, Marwari
Horses contain Arab and Asian equine bloodlines.

I had to come over from A to Z and take a look at your blog, just because I was a totally horse crazy child (all hypothetical--we had no money for horses :D ). These are beautiful horses. Love those ears!

These are such slender horses! Like the greyhounds of horses. I have a friend who is a horse whisperer, she'd love your blog.
