from the American Quarter Horse, the Quarter Pony is essentially a smaller
version of that popular equine breed. A Quarter Pony may even possess AQHA
registration, but measures to pony height, standing up to 14.2 hands tall.
Quarter
Ponies tend to be particularly well suited for youth or smaller adult riders.
